Stability and structure
Young people at Options learn how to successfully manage a tenancy in a semi-supported environment and are assisted in building the skills and confidence to live self-sufficiently. Young people pay 25% of their income towards rent, and must be committed to reaching their goals within a 18-24 month time frame.
Young people who would like to know more about Options are encouraged to read our fact sheet.
Referrals
Services wishing to refer young people to Options should read our eligibility criteria and complete our referral form. Successful applicants will begin with a three month trial (read the checklist to get an idea of what the young person must achieve). For a complete guide to maintaining a tenancy at Options, read the Tenancy Information Kit.
